Our Team

We're a small, passionate crew: four dual-qualified chefs and bakers, plus our superstar apprentice, working through the night to fill our cabinets with fresh treats by sunrise.

Our front-of-house team serves up smiles, great coffee, and their favourite recommendations. Every member of our pastry-loving family makes Parfait what it is.

Our Story

We're Troy and Sam, and we founded Parfait Patisserie in July 2018. From the beginning, it's been about more than pastries. It's about creating a space where Kiama locals and visitors feel welcome.

Over the years, we've grown alongside our regulars, met countless new faces, and built a team that feels like family. Being part of this community, in a town we love to call home, is what makes this work rewarding.
